Football coaching that meets you where you are
We run football coaching sessions for players who want more than a kickabout and less waffle than you usually hear from the sidelines. From first touch and ball mastery to sharper passing and calmer finishing, each booking is there to help you improve in ways you can actually feel on the pitch.
If you're just starting out, we'll help you build the basics without making it feel daunting. If you're already playing at a strong level, we'll push the detail that can make the difference in tight moments. At Strong Coaching Academy, we deliver these sessions for children aged 7 plus, adults, semi-professional players and professional players. We're also hosting our Beach Fit event on the 9th of August, Sunday, bringing players and the local community together for a fun day of fitness, activities, and time by the coast.

What your booking covers
Your booking can be shaped around 1-to-1 work, small group practice or team coaching, depending on what you need from the session. We focus on technical skills development with real attention on first touch, dribbling, receiving under pressure and making better decisions when the game speeds up.
High-intensity training is part of the work because matches rarely slow down for anyone. Our booking form also asks for your fitness level, any disabilities, health issues and age, so we can plan sensibly before you arrive. That means we can make each session safer, more useful and far more relevant to you.
How regular coaching helps your game
Better football habits come from repetition, and weekly sessions give you time to build them properly. We use focused drills to improve how you move, receive, react and stay confident when the pressure comes on. Our sessions help develop strength, stamina and agility, while position-specific work can improve your understanding of the game and your role.
That steady progress is often what turns effort on the training ground into better decisions on match day. Explore our blog for the latest news, football coaching updates, community initiatives, and exciting developments from across Liverpool.
